Ingredients:

 

80 gr  Kuning telur ( 4 btr)
30 gr Susu bubuk
68 gr Tepung Ninja
1 gr Vanili esccence
 
Bahan Meringue
120 gr Putih telur (4 btr)
45 gr Gula pasir
1 gr Cream of tartar
Topping
100 gr Whipping cream
50 gr Skm
50  gr Madu

Serves
Preparation

  1. Campur tepung terigu NInja, susu bubuk, vanila ekstrack, aduk rata
  2. Campur telurkuning dengan tepung hingga rata sisihkan
  3. Kocok putih telur, dan cream of tar tar. Tambahkan gula pasir secara bertahap hingga adonan kaku
  4. Campur dengan adonan cair. Aduk perlahan dan adonan siap dicetak
